Who We Are

Mr. Carano has been assisting clients achieve financial goals since 2002. He has more than 30 years of financial planning experience includig three years as a corporate controller for a Fortune 500 company. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and a Registered Investment Advisor. He Reiceived an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University.

Neil Silver is a Certified Financial Planner™ and has extensive experience in financial services at companies like Munder Capital Management, Northwestern Mutual Life and most recently, Prudential Financial. Neil earned his Chartered Financial Consultant Certification from the American College in Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University.

Stefanie Carano is a Communications Manager with Meridian Advisory Services. She serves as a public relations associate and brand developer for the company. She has an MA in Journalism from Michigan State University.
